Personal One-on-One Training Sessions exclusively for Wisconsin Landlords

In addition to online training for landlords across the country, I also offer in-person, one-on-one training for landlords and management companies throughout Wisconsin. This is a 4-6 hour session, in either a group seminar format or a one-on-one consultation setting, which will allow for questions and discussion on each of the topics. Each participant will receive a free copy of my “Landlord Training Guide” Textbook., which includes copies of all forms and documents offered in the online classes. Here are some options I offer for this format:

Individual One-on-One Meeting

Receive personalized attention tailored specifically for individual landlords. This package, priced at $349, is ideal for one to four attendees.

 Landlord Group Package

For $749, you can bring up to three landlords for a collaborative session. We’ll choose a central location or property to host the session.

Small to Medium-Sized Management Companies

This package is ideal for organizations looking to empower their teams with knowledge. You can invite an unlimited number of attendees. However, keep in mind that prices vary. The session starts at $150 per person for five to 15 attendees. While 16 and above cost $125 per person.
